Do I need any design experience?
No. If you can describe what you want in a sentence, MAI can design it. You steer with feedback in plain language — the studio handles the artwork and the factory paperwork.
How much does an order cost?
It depends on the garment, the decoration method, and the quantity. Submit your design and we'll send a firm quote. Nothing is charged before you approve it.
Is there a minimum order?
Tell us the quantity when you submit and we'll quote it. Small runs and full production runs both go through our factory partners.
Who owns the designs I create?
You do. Designs you generate in MAI are yours to produce, print, and sell.
What can I put a design on?
Tees, tanks, hoodies, crewnecks and caps, decorated with screen printing, DTG, or embroidery — whichever suits the artwork.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on the garment, the method, and the size of the run. Your quote states the expected timeline, and the order is tracked from the moment it reaches the floor.
